Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Elara Arc purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the jewellery box and pouch.
• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
